Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 22, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Results Innovations handles information through resultsinnovations.com, our contact forms and communications, software and workflow services, and company-operated API integrations.

Information we may process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process contact and project information you provide, technical and analytics information generated when our services are used, account identifiers, OAuth authorization status, provider API data needed for an authorized integration, and operational or security logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, operate authorized integrations, authenticate connections, measure service performance, protect our systems, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

Results Innovations does not sell personal information and does not use connected social-account credentials or provider API data to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Social-platform and API integrations

Results Innovations may connect company-owned or otherwise authorized accounts to internal systems, including HP Server, through OAuth or comparable provider authorization.

For Pinterest, our integration may authorize a Results Innovations Pinterest account, read bounded account, board, and Pin information needed to operate and verify the connection, and create approved Pins only when publishing has been explicitly authorized. Other supported social platforms follow the same least-scope principle.

OAuth access and refresh credentials are treated as secrets. We do not request social-platform passwords, display OAuth credentials publicly, or intentionally place them in ordinary application logs. Provider identifiers and API data are used only as needed to operate, verify, monitor, secure, or troubleshoot the authorized integration. Public publishing is performed only through configured authorization and approval controls. Revoking access with the provider ends that integration's future authorized access.

Sharing

We may use service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, analyze, or operate our services. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for those functions or as required by law. We do not sell provider API data or OAuth credentials.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual or legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. We use safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including least-privilege access, secret storage, encrypted transport where supported, operational logging, bounded permissions, and separation between preparation, approval, and public execution.

Your choices and revocation

You may contact us to ask about personal information you provided directly to Results Innovations. For connected third-party accounts, you may also revoke Results Innovations' access through the applicable provider's account or application settings.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
